Toasted Coconut Macaroon Bites

INGREDIENTS:

-280 g Cashews
-60 g unsweetened shredded coconut
-1/2 c honey
-2 cups oats
-2 scoops Driven Vanilla Dream Whey Protein
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
-2 tsp Vanilla

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Blend 280g Cashews & 60g Unsweetened Shredded Coconut in a high power blender until well combined.
  2. Then add in the rest of the ingredients, mix well.
  3. Form into balls.
  • Makes about 35 balls
