Strawberry Protein Cheesecake

2 Scoops Driven Nutrition Vanilla Dream Protein,
1/4 Teaspoon Sea Salt,
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract,
2 Eggs,
12 Ounces 0% Fat Greek Yogurt,
12 Ounces Fat Free Cream Cheese,
1/4 Cup Hallam's Strawberry Jam

Mix all dry ingredients in one bowl
Mix all other ingredients in a separate bowl with electric mixer and then add dry ingredients
Mix with electric mixer until well combined (about 2-3 min)
Pour mixture into greased 8″ spring pan
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
Leave in oven at 200 degrees for an additional 45-60 minutes
**There should be a slight jiggle to the cheesecake and the toothpick test can also be used to make sure the center of cake is baked thoroughly
**Cool at room temp then place in refrigerator for a few hours or overnight.
**Put favorite toppings on cake such as Reddi Whip, more jam, fresh fruit, etc.
