Combine dry ingredients in one bowl :

*1 Scoop of Driven Nutrition Cinnamon Protein
*1 Tablespoon of Coconut Flour
*1/4 Teaspoon Sea Salt
*1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder

In a separate bowl combine wet ingredients:
*1 egg
*1 Tablespoon of Heavy Cream
*1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Whisk together dry and wet ingredients until batter is smooth. Add milk of choice or water as needed until you get the desired consistency.

Stir in Nestle Toll House Pumpkin Pie Spice Morsels and then cook with skillet or griddle until both sides are golden brown.

Top with favorite goodies such as whip cream or syrup and enjoy !
