- Put all ingredients above into a blender until well combined and then top with favorite toppings such as sliced bananas, honey, granola, mulberries, cocoa nibs, shredded coconut, nut butter etc.
Tip: Run smoothie packet under cold water until still frozen but can be broken into chunks before blending.
Tip: This mixture should be extremely thick and you want to gradually add your milk or water careful not to make it too runny. It may be beneficial to scrap sides frequently and use pulse mode on blender so ingredients mix easier.
