How to Take PreWOD™ for Best Results
About 20 minutes before your workout, mix with 4-6 ounces of water. Start with ½ scoop to test your tolerance, then work up to a full scoop. Because PreWOD contains alertness-enhancing stimulants (about equal to two cups of coffee), you may not want to take it more than 4 hours before bedtime.
