PreWOD™ versus FLOW™

We recently received a question from a customer about using PreWOD™ versus using FLOW™. They were in a predicament, they needed energy and wanted to feel awake. Below is the conversation that took place!

Question: 

What is the real difference in these? I have had wod candy energy is lemonade the same?

Answer:

PreWOD™ contains 200mg of caffeine along with a lighter dose of L-Citrulline Malate, Huperzine A, and some other crossover ingredients from FLOW™.

FLOW™ itself does not contain any caffeine and contains a stronger nitric oxide boosting formula. Both are great to use as pre-workouts and even adding FLOW™ to PreWOD™ without adding any more caffeine.

 

Question:

Thanks! What would give you the best results you think? I just want to feel awake when I workout after sitting all day at a desk  haha

I guess the better question is which one will make me feel motivated and awake more?

Answer:

That is sort of subjective. I would default to say PreWOD™ because of the caffeine and you can always do a scoop & a half to 2 scoops if you want to test it out, only you know how well you respond to caffeine.

FLOW™ does offer some really good cognitive effects helping you feel more aware and awake. Everyone is a little different when it comes to caffeine, some people can drink energy drinks and go right to sleep, others like myself, if I take them after 3 I will be up until midnight.

We wanted to keep this answer simple and to the point without dragging people through the muddy science. At the end of the day when it comes to stimulants and nootropics, only you will know what amount works for you! The answer will not always be the same across the board!
