Oatmeal Protein Mug Cakes

These protein mug cakes are sure to make you drool – delicious and easy!

5-7 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

1/4 cup oats 
2 tsp Date Syrup 
2 TBS unsweetened apple sauce 
1 TBS your choice of Driven Whey
1/8 tsp vanilla 
1 pinch sea salt 
1 TBS unsweetened almond milk 
1/2 TBS unsweetened cocoa powder 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Spritz the inside of a coffee mug lightly with Avocado oil so it doesn’t stick too much then pour into mug.
  3. Microwave for 2 minute.
  4. Meanwhile get 1 more TBS of your choice of Driven Whey Protein and mix in separate dish with 1/2 tbs cold water to make your “frosting” when cake is done, use butter knife to go loosen from the sides of the mug and plop onto a plate, top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
