Delicious Overnight Oats
This nutritious bowl of oatmeal can keep you full for hours and give you sustainable energy throughout the morning. I recommend microwaving your oatmeal for 2 min so the chocolate protein and PB2 powder melt into the warm blueberry oatmeal 😋
1 cup oats
1/2 scoop Driven Whey Chocolate Protein
1 tablespoon PB2 powder
1 tbsp of chia seeds
1 tablespoon flax seed
1 cup 2% milk (or your choice)
Mix all ingredients together and (optional) microwave for 2 minutes to get the chocolate protein and PB to melt into your oats!
Note* You can cut this serving in half to make it meet your goals but this breakfast is packed with antioxidants, fiber, protein, calcium, and healthy omega-3 fats.
