Ingredients (Makes 3 Servings):
1 cup Instant Oats
1/2 cup egg whites
1.5 scoops Driven Nutrition Cinnamon Roll Whey Protein
1 tbsp flaxseed meal
4 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt and a big pinch of cinnamon
Optional Toppings: Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips, Sugar Free Syrup, Fresh Fruit
1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor.
2. Pour 1/4 cup sized pancakes onto hot skillet and top with optional toppings like nuts or chocolate chips.
3. Wait until bubbles start to form and then flip. Wait until both sides are golden brown, then serve with sugar-free syrup or fresh fruit!
