Woke up this morning feeling my normal self. I taught my CrossFit class and came back home to take a nap…2 hours later I woke up. Oops. I decided to enjoy my morning and took my dog for a walk ate a great breakfast of 3 eggs and 3 oz. of ground beef with 6 Brussel sprouts wrapped in bacon. Mm. Delicious.

 

I came into work around 10:30am and deep cleaned my office and I feel like a new person. I have new folders and threw away a lot of papers I did not need anymore. However, I must tell you, I walked into the athletics office to get some account numbers and the secretary rubbed my belly. Ahhh! It happened so fast I couldn’t stop it. I need a shirt that says, “Don’t rub my belly!”

 

I have volleyball practice at 3:30pm today and then I get to go to the CrossFit gym to work on my fitness. I went to the gym today after being super stressed out at work. I will be able to update you all in a week or so. I did a 6 min EMOM of 1 clean and Jerk @70% of my 1 Rep Max and it felt pretty good. Immediately after we had 4 x 5 @ 75% of 1RM back squat and I could only do 155 lbs tonight. There was so much pressure building in my lower belly. I’m hoping I don’t have to adjust my squatting weight already, but it seems inevitable. We finished with a 20 min AMRAP of “Cindy” which consists of 5 pull-ups, 10 pushups, and 15 air squats. I completed 15 rounds plus 12 reps; nothing too impressive, but It was nice to move for that long. Even on push-ups my lower abdominal was pulling so I had to make sure my core was tight the entire time.

 

Matt and I have our 14- week Dr. Appointment tomorrow! We always get really excited to check up on our little growth and make sure we on track and everything is going as planned.
